영주 두암고택, 경북 영주시 이산면 신암리 나그네의 영주 구석구석 여행 소백힐링 행복영주 友琴村斗巖古宅 경상북도 유형문화재 제81호 Tangible Cultural Heritage of Gyeongsangbuk-do No. 81 이 건물은 □자형의 정침을 중심으로 우측에 사당, 좌측에 독립된 사랑채인 함집당으로 구성되어 있다. 정침은 두암 김우익이 20세에 분가할 때인 조선 선조 23년 1590에 건립하였고, 함집당과 사당은 그 후대의 건축이다. 두암은 선조 4년 1571에 출생하여 광해군 4년 1612에 과거에 급제하고 영원군수, 해미현감을 거친 후 한성부 서윤에 이르렀고, 인조 17년 1639에 별세하였다. This house consists of square-shaped quarters for offering sacrificial rite is placed in the center. A shrine is placed to its right. Men's quarters (Hamjipdang) is placed to its left. The quarters in the center was built in 1590, when Kim U-ik (Duam; 1571-1639) established a separate family. The others were built later. Kim U-ik passed a state examination for the recruitment of high-ranking officials in 1612 and served as the administrator of Yeongwon-gun and Haemi-hyeon, and as the Mayor of Hanseong (present-day Seoul).

영주 만간암, 경북 영주시 이산면 신암리 나그네의 영주 구석구석 여행 소백힐링 행복영주 영주 만간암 榮州晚看庵 Yeongju Manganam(house) 경상북도 문화재자료 제539호 영주시 이산면 신암리 304 만간암 고택은 경종 3년(1723년) 성균관 사마시에 합격한 생원 김지( 1697~1750)가 1748년에 건립하였다. 김지는 김륵(1540-1616)의 6대손으로 장자 김호련(1718~1799) 절충장군청지중추부사, 차자 김약련(1718~1739) 병조참의, 아우 김위(1709~1789) 사헌부지평을 역임하는 등 가세가 번성한 시기에 옆 두암고택에서 지어준 옛집을 헐고 현존하는 건물을 지으면서 당호를 만간암으로 걸었다. 건물은 정침, 가묘, 솟을 대문으로 구성되었으나 가묘와 솟을 대문은 소실 되었고 현재는 정면 6칸, 측면 4칸의 c 자형 안채와 정면 6칸 측면 1칸의 - 자형 사랑채가 자형을 이루고 있다. 평면구성에서 안사랑이 발달되고 감실과 뒷마루로 이어지는 공간 구성이 매우 특이하다. 또한 두암고택과의 관계를 고려하여 부인들이 서로 내왕하기 쉽게 하기 위하여 안채를 마주 보도록 배치한 점도 주목된다. 만간암 고택은 두암고택의 연관성과 더불어 우금 마을에 약 400년간을 세거한 예안 또는 선성 김씨의 생활사 및 주거사의 모습을 볼 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 자료로 평가된다. Gyeongsangbuk-do Cultural Asset Resource 539 304 Sinam-ri Isan-myeon, Yeongju-si The old house of Manganam was built in 1749 by Saengweon Kim Ji(pen name, Manganam, 1697-1750) passing Samasi, Sung Kyun Kwan on the third year of King Gyeongjong(1723). Kim Ji is the sixth-general offspring of Kim Teuk(pen name, Baek Am, posthumous, Hae Jeol Gong, 1540-1616, worked as Saheonbu Yijopanseo), hung up the house name, Manganam, while demolishing the old house built by the nearby 'Duamgotaek' and building the current building at the time thriving time of his family-s fortune, when his oldest son, Kim Ho Ryeon(Pen name, Yi Dong, 1718-1799) worked as Jeolchungjanggun, Cheomjijungchubusa, his second son, Kim Yak Ryeon(pen name, Du Am, 1730-1802), Byeongjochameui, Jwabuseungji, his brother Kim Wi(pen name, Gal Su Heon, 1709-1789), Saheonbu Jipyeong. He composed the building with Jeongchim, a family shirne and a tall gate, but the family, shrine and the tall gate of which were destroyed and now it forms "¤" letter type with the main building of "C" letter type of front six sections and lateral four sections and the men's part of the house of "–" letter type of front six sections and lateral one section. It is very peculiar that an inner men's part of the house is developed in the plane composition and the spatial composition is connected to a tabernacle and toenmarú. Also it draws our attention that the main building is laid out looking face to face for women to come and go easily taking into account the relation with The Old House of Duam. 영주 만취당, 경북 영주시 이산면 신암리 나그네의 영주 구석구석 소백힐링 영주 만취당 경상북도 문화재자료 제451호 Cultural Heritage Material of Gyeongsangbuk-do No. 451 이 건물은 만취당 김개국(1548~1603)이 건립한 정자이다. 김개국의 본관은 연안, 자는 공제소, 호는 만취당이다. 선조 24년 1591 과거에 급제하고 임진왜란 때 의병장으로 큰 공을 세워 예빈시주부가 되고 효종1년1650 통정대부 승정원 좌승지에 추증되었다. 그는 건물 서쪽에 있는 수백 그루의 소나무들이 겨울에도 푸름을 잃지 않음을 보고 본보기로 삼고자 자신의 호와 이 건물의 이름을 만취당이라고하였다. 정면 3칸, 측면 2칸 규모로 마루방 4통간, 온돌방 2통간을 연이어 놓고 사면에는 폭이 좁은 쪽마루를 돌렸다. 온돌방 후면에는 반침수의 흔적이 남아 있고 마루방 우측 칸 뒤에는 반침이 설치되어 있다. Manchwidang House was built by Kim Gae-guk (Manchwidang; 1548-1603). In 1591, Kim passeda state examination for the recruitment of high-ranking officials. During the Japanese Invasion of Korea in the late sixteenth century, he led a unit of the Euibyeong (Righteous Army) to fight the invaders. He served as an official at the Yebinsi (Office in charge of entertaining foreign envoys and guests). In 1650, he was posthumously promoted to Second Royal Secretary. Kim felt inspired by the sight of hundreds of pine trees to the west of the pavilion because they remained green all year round, seeing them as a symbol of unswerving loyalty. Both his pen-name and the pavilion are named Manchwidang, meaning "evergreen." The pavilion (measuring 3 kan by 2 kan) has a wooden-floored room and an ondol-heated room, with a narrow strip of wooden floor surrounding the entire structure. The remains of a built-in closet can be seen behind the ondol room.
