1. 영천 봉림사 영산회상도 및 복장유물

이 탱화는 조선 경종(景宗) 4년(1724)에 석가모니불(釋迦牟尼佛)이 영취산(靈山)에서 대중(大衆)들에게 설법(說法)하는 장면을 그린 영산회상도(靈山會上圖)로 규격은 350cm X 333cm이다.
설법하는 석가모니불 좌상을 중심으로 권속들이 좌우 대칭으로 배치되는 군도식 구도를 취하고 있으며 주색, 청색, 황색 등 맑은 채색의 사용으로 영산회상도가 가장 발전했던 18세기 초의 양식적 특징을 잘 반영'하고 있다.
조선후기 영산회상 후불탱(後佛幀) 중 연대가 앞서가는 귀중한 자료이며 발원문이 발견된 복장낭(服裝囊)도 함께 문화재로 지정되었다.

Drawn in the 4th year (1724) of King Gyeongjong in Joseon Dynasty, this picture of Buddha depicts Buddha's sermon to the crowd on the sacred mountain, and has the size of 350cm X 333cm.
Around the seated image of Sakyamuni Buddha preaching in the center, his followers are arranged on both sides symmetrically, and the use of high-saturated vermilion, blue and yellow colors well reveals the characteristics of style in 18th century when the picture of Buddha's Sermon On the sacred Mountain was most developed. This is precious material as an early picture of Buddha behind the statue among pictures of Buddha's sermon on the sacred mountain in the late Joseon period. The bokjangnang in which a prayer of wishes was found hdsaec.
