의양리 권진사댁(성암고택), 경북 봉화군 춘양면 나그네의 봉화 구석구석 여행 산림휴양도시 봉화 명품고택(名品古宅) KOREA NOBLE HOUSE 문화체물 관광부, 한국관광공사 인증 우수 전통한옥문화체험 숙박시설 Premium Hanok Accomodations Certified by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization 의양리 권진사댁 宜陽里 權進士宅 경상북도 민속자료 제181호 경상북도 민속자료 제181호 이 집은 성암 권철연(1874~1951) 선생이 살던 집으로 1880년경 건너마을인 운곡에서 이곳으로 정착하여 건립하였다고 한다. 만석봉을 뒤로 두고 동향으로 자리잡고 있는데 9칸의 대문채를 들어서면 넓은 사랑마당이 있고 마당의 좌측에는 3칸의 서실이 있으며 대문채와 마주하여 □자형의 정침이 배치되어 있다. 정침의 양쪽 허리부분에는 토담을 좌우로 뻗어 내외 마당으로 공간부분을 하고 있으며 동향건물임에도 툇마루를 설치하는 등 남측면을 적극 활용하기 위한 평면 구성이 돋보이는 주택이다. House of kwon Chulyeon Gyongsangbuk-do Folk Material No.181 This late Choson period upper-class house was built by Kwon Chulyeon(1874–1951), a literary licentiate (chinsa), who moved here from the nearby village of Ungok around 1880. The house faces east with the Mansok Peak in the back. There is a broad outer yard past the gate section of nine kan (kan is a traditional unit of measure referring to the space bewteen two pillars). The main living quarters, which is of a square layout, is a reading room tothe left. A low earthen wall surrounds the main quarters, separating the inner and outer courtyards.
