청송 사남고택, 경북 청송군 파천면 중평리

청송 사남고택, 경북 청송군 파천면 중평리 나그네의 청송 구석구석 여행 산소카페 청송 사남고택 泗南古宅 Sanam Historic House 국가민속문화재 제282-3호 National Folklore Cultural Heritage NO. 282-3 평산신씨 신치학이 분가하면서 건립한 주거건축으로 18세기 후반에 건립된 것으로 보인다. 당호인 사남은 치학의 손자인 우호의 호이다. 정면 5칸, 측면 4칸 규모의 'ㅁ'자형 뜰집이다. 평면은 중문칸을 중심으로 동측에 4칸 규모의 큰사랑이 독립적으로 자리하고 서측에 작은사랑이 위치해 있다. 따라서 가옥의 전면부분은 모두 사랑공간으로 마련되었다. 동측의 큰사랑은 남북축으로 2칸 온돌방이 자리하고 동측2칸에 마루방을 두었다. 온돌방은 한 칸씩 구획되어 있고 마루방은 통칸間으로 사용하였다. 서측의 작은사랑은 온돌방 1칸과 사랑마루방으로 구성되어 있으나 현재는 정면 쪽으로 창만 설치되어 있고 출입은 부엌 쪽과 온돌방에서만 가능하게 되어 있어 평면의 변화가 있었는 듯하다. 큰사랑과 연결되는 동 익사와 정침 부분은 함실 칸으로 연결되고 서 익사는 부엌 한 칸과 안방으로 구성되어있다. 건립 년대에 따른 가옥 변화상을 보여주는 독립된 사랑채의 구성수법이 평산신씨 판사공파 종택, 서벽고택과는 차이점을 보이고 있으나, 전체 구성수법에서는 유사성을 지니고 있다. 사남 신우호의 유물로는 주왕산의 아름다운 절경을 노래한 한시주방팔경을 포함한 다양한 시와 글이 기록되어 있는 '사남문집’ 이 전해지고 있다. The house seems to be constructed in the latter half of eighteenth century as a residential building constructed as Sin Chihak of Pyeongsan Sin Clan was setting up a branch family. The U-ho of house 'Sanam' is derived from the pen name of Sin Chihak's grandson U-ho. The house is a 'square' shaped Tteujip with five compartments at the front section and four compartments at the sides. A large detached house of four compartment scale is placed to the east based on the inner gate and a small detached house is located to the west side. Therefore, the entire front part of the house has been arranged as detached area. Two traditional ondol rooms are placed to the north-south axis are situated at the large detached house to the east and a living room was placed at the two compartments to the east side. The traditional ondol rooms are partitioned as one compartment at a time and the living room was used as a passage. The small detached house to the west is composed of one traditional ondol room and a living room but only window is installed toward the front at this time and the entrance is possible only through the kitchen and the traditional ondol room so it seems that there was a change of floor plan. The east wing and the main house room are connected with a furnace room while the west wing is composed of a kitchen and the main room. ough the composition method of the independent detached house showing the changing phase of houses according to the constructed year is different from the Head House of the Pansagong Branch of the Pyeongsan Sin Clan or the Seobyeok Historic House, there are similarities in the overall composition method.
